About Jeff Evenson

Jeff is an Information Security professional, practitioner, evangelist, and blogger. Working in INFOSEC environments his entire career that has included 20 years in the US Navy, retiring as a Chief Petty Officer in Cryptology. He moved on to the telecommunications industry in a rural wireless carrier where he created an INFOSEC program from the ground floor. His efforts carried him through Mergers & Acquisitions twice. First with Alltel and then Verizon Wireless, managing teams around the country. His recent assignment is in the Financial Services sector.

Jeff enjoys writing about all things Information Security, managing and leading.
